For sometime, we have noticed that most clients that signup for our ecommerce website packages request for some kind of graphics design services from our technical team. To this end, we have launched a new setup package which will be included with the Standard plan as an optional addon, this setup package has a one-time fee and includes the following services:

- 1 Company Logo Design

- 1 Big Banner Design For Home Page

- Up to 6 Product Categories Banners Design (Retail Websites)

- Android Mobile App Banners For Google Play Store

- iOS Mobile App Banners For iTunes Store

We are charging the setup fee to enable us cover the cost of expanding our technical support team to include graphics design specialists who will provide this service to new clients signing up for our basic or standard plan packages.

For existing clients that need new banners and logos for their existing website. We have also launched a new Graphics Design Addons which you can order at anytime through your client account. If you're an existing client and want to place order for our graphics design services, follow the steps below.

- Log in to your client account on this page

- After logging into your client account, select "View Addons" from the "Services" drop down menu as shown in the screenshot below.

- In the "Product Addons" page, you can select the "Business Logo Design" or "Website Banner Design" addon by clicking the "Order Now" button. After clicking the order button, follow the instructions to place your order. See screenshot below for details

Once you've successfully placed your order, our graphics design team will review your order and you will receive an email notification once your order is processed.
