Log in to your client account on this page https://www.invotide.com/client/
- After logging into your client account, select "View Addons" from the "Services" drop down menu as shown in the screenshot below.
- In the "Product Addons" page, select the "Fully-Managed Website" by clicking the "Order Now" button. After clicking the order button, following the next instruction to place your order. See screenshot below for details
Once you've successfully placed your order, our technical team will review your order and you will receive an email notification once addon is activated.
A New Way To Update Your Website
When the website maintenance addon is activated, you will no longer be able to change most of your website settings directly through your admin panel as you will now be required to create support tickets through your client account to change most of the advanced settings of your website.
Your Client Acccount support ticket is the tool that gives you the power to send your website changes quickly and easily to our team. Rather than making changes to your website yourself, which requires a lot of time and technical knowledge, you can simply upload images or even change the order of your pictures or type in instructions for what content changes you want to be made to your website.
When you create a support ticket, your change requests will get sent over to our team who will then apply the changes to your website for you. We'll then be in touch and let you know when the changes have been made - nice and easy! We do it all for you.
Can't I just email my changes to you?
All emails go into our general mailbox. There may also be some questions surrounding where on the website the changes are to be made which will slow down the response to the request.
By using your client account support tickets tool, changes are completed on average 10 x faster than email submissions. The handy drop-down category menus help us see what page and where you want us to make the change. The request also goes straight to the website changes team - rather than the general mailbox where it needs to be sorted and sent on.
