How long does it take to setup?

Once you fill the setup form, providing required content and pay subscription fee, it takes about 2 to 3 days to setup your platform.

Are there any setup fees?

Yes. there is optional One-Time Setup Fee on some packages. You are required to pay all applicable fees before your platform is deployed.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. All plans are available on monthly or yearly basis with no long term commitments so you can change your plan at any time, depending on your budget.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds once work starts on setting up your platform. However, we can provide refund if no work has started on setting up your platform.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can purchase a domain name from us or any registrar, or use an existing one that you own. We also provide a free subdomain for you to use.

Is the platform secure?

Yes. Your customers’ payment information is completely safe at Invotide. All sensitive information is transmitted via secure HTTPS channel.

Do you offer customization services?

Yes. Once your platform is deployed, we can provide additional customization for a fee, contact us for billing details.

Do I get the source code?

No you don't get access to source code. Invotide offers a hosted subscription based service to setup and run online ordering platforms.

Are there any support?

Yes. we offer 247 customer live chat sales support through Whatsapp and also provide support ticketing service for existing clients.
