Are there any setup fees?

Yes. There is a one-time setup fee on all plans. You make a part payment when signing up and pay the rest once your app is deployed.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. All plans are available monthly or yearly with no long term commitments so you can change your plan at any time, depending on your budget.

Do you offer customization services?

Yes. Once your mobile app is deployed, we can provide additional customization for a fee, contact us for billing details.

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds once work starts on setting up your mobile app. However, we can provide refund if no work has started on setting up your app.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. You can purchase a domain name from any registrar, or use an existing one that you own. We also provide a free invotide.com subdomain for your app admin panel.

Is the platform secure?

Yes. Your customers’ payment information is completely safe at Invotide. All sensitive information is transmitted via secure HTTPS channel.

Does it include custom branding?

Yes we will customize the mobile apps and admin panels to fit your branding. All links to Invotide website or logo will be removed.

Do I get the source code?

No you don't get access to app source code as Invotide provides a hosted subscription service. We can provide app source code as a custom service for a fee, contact us for billing details.

Are there any support?

Yes. we offer 247 customer live chat sales support and also provide technical support ticketing service for existing clients.
