POS System
If you own a physical store, we can set up your Fully-Managed store POS system to enable you easily process and track offline physical store sales. When you need to adjust POS software settings or POS products catalog, you just need to submit a request through your fully-managed store admin panel and let us know the changes you want to make so that we can do it for you. Please note that advanced POS software modifications may incur a one-time fee depending on the complexity of your customization request.
Store Theme
Whether you want store theme overhaul redesign or make minor changes, our team will do it for you. Once you submit request through your fully-managed store admin panel, we can redesign your store theme, make minor changes like adjusting the theme color, font, banners or layout design. Please note that advanced theme modifications may incur a one-time fee depending on the complexity of your customization request.
Store Geo Zones
Want to sell your products in different countries? Geo Zones are used for combining different zones (Countries and States) into one Geo Zone so it becomes easier to calculate shipping and taxes for multiple regions at once. When you sign up for fully-managed store package and need to expand your store offerings to additional countries and locations, our team will setup and modify your store geo zones settings to match your marketing requirements. We will adjust your store geo zones settings for you and update shipping/payment methods to work with your store geo zones. Please note that advanced geo zones modifications may incur a one-time fee depending on the complexity of your customization request.
Store Taxes
If you need to track sales taxes, we can adjust your store tax settings and update product price to include VATs. Anytime you need to update your store tax settings, you just need to submit a request through your fully-managed store admin panel and we will process your request. Store Payment Method
We understand that how customers pay is crucial to the success of your business, this is why you do not need to worry over your store payment methods when you sign up for the fully-managed store package. Store Shipping Method
Setting the right shipping fees for your store can be a headache especially when you rely on multiple logistics companies to process your customers orders. Our fully-managed store package enables our team to setup your store shipping methods for you. It does not matter whether you use a single logistics provider or not, once you submit a request through your fully-managed store admin panel, we will setup new shipping methods for your Invotide store and adjust existing shipping methods based on your logistics partner requirements. Please note that basic shipping method changes are free but advanced changes that entails creating a new store shipping module may incur a one-time fee depending on the complexity of your customization request.
Store Currencies
Invotide shopping platform supports multiple currencies so you can go international without any limitations to your online business. We will setup new currencies for your store or update existing store currencies settings as part of the fully-managed store service. Anytime you need to update your store currencies, you just need to submit a request through your fully-managed store admin panel and we will process your request. Please note that advanced store currency modifications may incur a fee depending on the complexity of your customization request.
Store Banners
Running a new discount promo and need to change the banners in your Invotide store pages or add new promotional banners? You don’t need to worry about adding or updating promotional banners to your store as we will do it for you. Once you design your banners in the recommended format and sizes, our team will add the banners to your fully-managed store theme based on your request.
Store Customer Groups
If you want to segment your store customers based on different criteria, you can do it using the customer groups feature. When you sign up for fully-managed store package, our team will setup and adjust your existing store customer groups settings based on your marketing requirements. Advanced store customer groups modifications may incur a fee depending on the complexity of your customization request.
Store Information Pages
Need to add new pages like FAQs, Privacy Policy or any other information page to your storefront or adjust existing store information pages? Our team will create new pages and adjust existing storefront pages based on the content you provide once you submit a request through your fully-managed store admin panel. Store User Accounts
As your business expands, you may need to hire staff that will be tasked to manage certain aspects of your business. If you need to grant your staff limited access to your store admin panel, we can create special user accounts with specific permissions or update existing user accounts for you based on your business requirement. Web Mail Accounts
Invotide Mail is a web-based email client for you to use to boost your business with a professional customized e-mail account (20 free mail accounts Included). If you would like to use customized email addresses like yourname@business.com we can activate the Invotide mail service and create web mail accounts for you. You will need to provide us with the customized email addresses you want to use to enable us process your request. Please note that you will need to be using a custom domain name for your Invotide store to be able to use web mail service.
New Store Features
As your business expands, you may need new features or functionalities that are not available on the platform. We can add new feature, add new custom modules or modify an existing module to change the way your store works when you sign up for the fully-managed store package. You will need to connect with our team and let us know the custom changes you want to make so that we can implement the changes in your store. Please note that advanced modifications to your Invotide store will incur a one-time fee depending on the complexity of your customization request.
Store Bugs/Issues
Certain store features may stop working or develop an issue overtime, we will support you in fixing any issue affecting your Invotide store once you report the issue. Whenever you discover an issue, you can submit request through your fully-managed store admin panel and let us know the issue you're experiencing with your store so that we can check and fix it for you.
