We are happy to announce that you can now choose to let our technical team to setup your online store for you. We have added an option to enable new and existing users to choose how they wish to deploy their online store. The store setup assistance service will enable our team to take the initial stress off clients by setting up their online store for them, we will customize your store theme to fit your brand, setup online payment gateway, shipping method and upload up to 50 products into your online store for you.

In order to access new store setup assistance service, just select "We Build It For You" option in the get started page. See screenshot below for details.



Premium Packages Suspended
We will be moving Invotide premium packages to a new service, if you're interested in ordering the laundry booking, food ordering, travel or courier booking packages, you currently won't be able to access it on Invotide website as we are setting up a new platform to cater for this. Please note that clients will still be able to create new online stores as this change will only affect the premium packages that was introduced on May 2020. We will provide an update once the new platform is ready.


30 Day Free Trial Program

As part of our efforts to help more businesses leverage the benefits of the internet during these trying times, we are happy to announce that the 30 day free trial program is now available to both new and existing clients signing up for Invotide. If you want to try Invotide before committing to an active monthly or yearly plan, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial. Once your 30 day free trial ends, you can upgrade your subscription to the paid plan.

If you want to cancel your online store during your free trial, you will need to submit a ticket through your client account requesting a cancellation of your free trial or follow the steps below to cancel your free trial.

Log in to your client account on this page https://www.invotide.com/client/

- After logging into your client account, select "My Services" from the "Services" drop down menu as shown in the screenshot below.



On the "My Products & Services" page, select the active 30 Day Free Trial service you want to cancel as shown in the screenshot below.




Click the "Cancel" button on the next page and proceed to fill the cancellation request form as shown in the screenshots.

Once you submit cancellation form, our support team will process your request and terminate your free trial within 24 hours. If you need help upgarding or canceling your subscription, please contact us by sending email to support@invotide.com or submitting a ticket through your client account.
