Before, when a client signs up for a free trial, we provide an invoice at the end of the free trial period to enable client upgrade to a paid plan. This practice caused confusion with clients as they didn't understand why they were invoiced at the end of their free trial. We are glad to announce that we have discontinued this practice, clients will no longer be invoiced at the end of their free trial period and all outstanding free trial upgrade invoices have been deleted. Now when you sign up for a free trial, you won't be invoiced as you will need to manually upgrade your free trial to a paid plan through your client account. Please note that suspended or terminated online stores are deleted after 90 days, if you don't upgrade or renew your subscription.
