We've received feedback from various clients regarding the update made to faciliate how users access their online store details after sign up. We understand the pain point of users having to login to their email account to be able to access their online store details for the first time. We are happy to announce that an update has been made to sign up process to solve this issue. Now users no longer have to login to their email account once they create a new online store. You will now be able to access your store details on the store activation page. See screenshot below for details.
Please note that an email containing your new online store details will still be sent to you once you create a new store. We recommend that you always copy and save your new online store details for your records. If you need help accessing your online store details, please feel free to chat with us or login to your
client account and
submit a ticket. We will do our best to resolve any issue as fast as possible.
