We recently received feedback regarding an issue that affected customers ability to renew their product subscription when they order from a merchant's store. We are happy to let you know that the product subscription module has been fixed and updated. Now you can process customer subscriptions and automatically send renewal reminder notifications to your customers. We added a renew button to subscription details page, your customers will be able to access this page when they log in to their accounts. See screenshot below for details.
In addition to email notifications that is sent when a customer's subscription is due for renewal, you can now send WhatsApp and SMS notifications to your customers. Note that WhatsApp and SMS notifications module will need to be activated before your customers can receive automated WhatsApp and SMS product subscription renewal notifications.
