It's been a while we made a post regarding some of the good stuff we've been working on to make your customer's shopping experience better. We are happy to share the latest features implemented on Invotide platform. Brace up, you'll love it!

Abandoned Cart Admin Notifications
When we first released the abandoned carts notification feature that enables sellers to automatically notify customers about incomplete orders, one major request we got was to allow sellers too to get a notification message as well about pending incomplete orders generated in their online stores. We are glad to announce that sellers can now receive automated email and SMS notifications about pending abandoned orders made by customers. This is useful as it ensures you don't miss any sale opportunity even when you're not actively monitoring customers activities or logged into your store admin panel, making it easy to follow up with a customer and close a sale. Note that you don't need to do anything as this new feature is active on all Invotide stores.

Product Price Manager
One important task that you do every day as an online store owner is periodic product price adjustments. Whether you're conducting a flash sale or promoting a new product there is need to adjust your product prices from time to time and in order to simply this task, we are glad to announce that you can now bulk update your product prices using the new product price manager module. This module enables you to adjust product prices using a percentage or fixed amount parameter and also add discounts on the fly. See screenshot below for details.



To access the module navigate to the "Modules" section in your store admin panel, select "Store Management" category and search for "Product Price Manager".

Order Status File Attachment
Ever wanted to attach a file to your store order status update message that your customers can download? Now you can set downloadable files with your order status messages, this is useful if you sell digital products or need to share product PDF manuals with your customers once they purchase your products. You will notice the new file attachment section in your store admin panel order details page as shown in the screenshot below.



Sendgrid/Mailgun Integration
There are times that using the default mail protocol for your store may not be efficient at ensuring reliable email delivery for order notifications generated in your store, we have updated the Sengrid and Mailgun integration modules to make it easier to connect your Invotide store to these third party email delivery services. To access the integration settings, navigate to the "Stores" general settings section in your store admin panel and choose "Mail" tab as shown in the screenshot below.


Telegram Chat Widget
Not all customers prefer to communicate using WhatsApp as there are some users who may want to chat and ask product questions using Telegram. We are glad to let you know that you can now setup Telegram integration settings to enable your customers initiate chat requests on Telegram. To setup this feature, navigate to the "Stores" general settings section in your store admin panel and choose "Telegram" tab as shown in the screenshot below.


Website Sign Up Process
We have updated the sign up process on the official Invotide website to streamline the steps required to access our services, now you can choose to use our online or offline eCommerce solutions when signing up on the Invotide website, see secreenshot below for details.

POS Retail Software For Physical Stores
Not all sellers may want to sell online, this is why we are happy to announce the launch of a new POS software solution for physical stores. If you run a physical store and need POS software to manage your offline retail processes, you can use Invotide POS retail software package for your business. To sign up, open this page - https://invotide.com/getstarted, choose "Sell Offline" option and proceed to select the POS software package as shown in the screenshot below.
