Don't Own  Existing Invotide Shopping Website?
If your own eCommerce website created using Invotide store, you can create a new store by following the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to our website https://www.invotide.com/getstarted, choose either "Self-Managed" or "Fully-Managed" store option as shown below.


Step 2: You will be able to activate ShopBot sales channel in your store admin panel. If you're signing up for "Fully-Managed" store option, choose "ShopBot" addon from the list of available addons as shown below.

Does WhatsApp charge for sending messages?

Is there any limit to how many bulk messages you can send to Telegram, Instagram or Facebook Messenger users?
No, there is no limit. You can send as many messages as you want at any time. Of course, your subscribers can always unsubscribe or block your bot if they want to.

Is a new phone number required for the WhatsApp Business Platform?
Yes, if you want to use your existing phone number you are currently using on WhatsApp customer or business app, you have to transfer it completely to the WhatsApp business API platform. You will not be able to access the WhatsApp customer or business app with the same number after the transfer.

Who is going to oversee the WhatsApp Business Platform?
You are.
