I have paid for all the invoices that were due on my account. Why is my account or service still suspended?

If your Invotide online store is suspended as a result of late payment, we may not know that you have made payment unless you email support@invotide.com with the payment details. When sending the mail to support@invotide.com, please ensure you state the domain name of your online store, as well as the invoice or invoices you paid for. You can also state what service is currently suspended.
